1. click the MyDomains icon and wait for the current records to load.
2. Once they are displayed, check the appropriate domain box and tick the "Change DNS" button
3. Go!

1. Enter the name servers (DNS setttings) given to you by your hosting company.
2. Click Set DNS Info

If you host with Coolcom.com (or use our Forwarding or Domain Wrapper) your DNS should be set to:

(Name Server 2) ns88.coolcom.com
(Name Server 3) ns888.coolcom.com

Allow 24 hours (or more) for name server (DNS) changes to take effect.
While the records are changed almost immediately, it takes time for the new info to be distributed to the internet name server system.

• If you are using or have requested a Domain.ca supplied service, we will make the DNS changes for you automatically.
• If you wish to use someone else's name servers, please Login to your account and assign the new name servers to your domain record.

Name servers are like traffic cops... they give your web browser and email program directions on where to find the websites and email attached to other domains. What these traffic cops look like to you, are two domain names (or more) found at the bottom of a domain record and look like this:
